Shipping Rates

Ironhorse Hobbies uses a simple shipping rate scheme to keep things super simple!

Please allow the following times for delivery:

• New Zealand: 5 days
• Australia: 5 to 10 days
• Rest Of World: 10 to 15 days

Shipping Insurance

We strongly recommend that you select a shipping option that includes shipping insurance at the time of checkout.

Ironhorse Hobbies can unfortunately not take responsiblity for items lost in the post.

Ironhorse Hobbies takes great care in packing products to ensure safe delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide replacements or refunds should you receive goods that have been damaged in transit.

Returns

Products can be returned to Ironhorse Hobbies at your own expense within 20 days from the time of purchase if prior agreement has been made with us. Before returning goods you must first contact us and let us know us that you wish to return goods. Ironhorse Hobbies accepts returned goods if:

• The product you received is not as advertised on our website.
• The product you received is faulty due to a manufacturing defect.

Returning Goods Procedure

Contact Ironhorse Hobbies and let us know that you wish to return goods. Get the Ok from us then put the goods you wish to return in the mail!

When returning goods please package carefully to ensure they arrive undamaged. Return goods should be sent to:
